The Ripple Effect Mvmt presents
A retreat where men and women come home to unity within themselves and each other
This isn't a retreat about fixing anything.
You're not broken. You don't need to be worked on. You don't need to process more, feel more, or push through anything.
What you need is a weekend that feels like coming home. To yourself. To real connection. To the kind of lightness and joy that reminds you this is what life is actually supposed to feel like.
The Shared Path is three days of genuine human experience, warm, fun, deeply nourishing, woven together with precise, attuned facilitation that lets real things shift without you even trying that hard.
You'll laugh. You'll connect. You'll probably cry at some point too. And you'll leave on Sunday feeling fulfilled, light, inspired and joyous. Present in your life and sure of yourself.
That's it. That's the whole thing. ๐ค
This is not an endurance retreat. There is no pushing through. The work is subtle, precise and deeply attuned, creating the conditions for real shift. Not just in your thinking, but in your body, your nervous system, and how you relate.
Each day begins with intentional movement that grounds you in your body before anything else, opening the space for what follows.
Using the SE framework, we work with the nervous system directly, not through reliving the past, but through gently completing what's been held there. This lens is woven through interactive workshops and supports everything we do over the weekend. Safe, precise, and genuinely transformative.
The core of the retreat. Men and women in real, safe presence with each other, the kind of honest, clean connection that rewires what we believe is possible in relationship.
A precisely held breathwork journey that allows the body and nervous system to expand and integrate in its own time. A gentle but powerful complement to the somatic work, going where words and logic can't reach.
Meals together, shared space, honest conversation. The moments in between are as transformative as the facilitated ones. This is what genuine belonging feels like.
Time to integrate, to be still, to simply exist without an agenda. And yes, dancing, fun, belly laughs and more fun. Because joy and play are as important as anything else we do together.
Some experiences are best felt without expectation. We've woven in a handful of moments we're keeping close, let's just say all love languages will be covered!
Choose your own luxe restoration experience. Because you deserve deep rest, and your body deserves to be honoured in every way.
This is not a retreat designed to fix you.
It's an experience that creates the conditions for you to thrive in the best ways.
The people who come to The Shared Path are the kind of humans who choose growth. Who value real connection. Who know there is more available in this life and are willing to seek it.
They have responsibilities. They usually lead and guide others in some way, whether that's business, their work or family, for some it's all three. They give a lot out and they have arrived at a place where they recognise that they too deserve to have their cup refilled. To receive back as generously as they pour out.
This weekend is yours to have the setting available to be filled up on connection, inspired with new insight, reset mentally, physically and emotionally. To arrive and let go of "efforting" and be seen without having to explain yourself. To remember how it feels to be in your body, in your joy, in your own life, fully and without apology.
The environment created for you at The Shared Path is something different to any other we've seen or felt, bringing balance and polarity to the space where we know it creates the most profound shift โ in the connection between men and women.
What happens when people simply show up in this environment is something that can't be manufactured. They find presence, openness and an ease within themselves that organically activates change in the way men and women relate, receive and respect each other.
Because here is what we have witnessed, hundreds of times, in spaces where this is done well:
Women experience a quality of safety in the presence of men that they didn't know was possible. Men experience a quality of being seen and valued by women that changes something fundamental in them. And what happens between them, in that honest, clean, intentional space, creates a natural, unspoken polarity shift that years of single gender work simply cannot touch.
And it changes something in you that you'll carry long after the retreat.
You are not here to be fixed. You are here to settle and expand the system that runs the show, and you are exactly why this space has been created. ๐ค

Becc is a trauma informed somatic practitioner, breathwork facilitator and practitioner trainer with close to two decades of experience working with people in transformation. She is deeply committed to her own and others ongoing growth and learning, and what she brings to this work right now is both rare and refined.
Her training spans three breathwork facilitation certifications, yin teacher training, trauma and somatic practitioner training with leading SE practitioners in the US including Will Rezin, and she is currently completing her first year of clinical level Somatic Experiencing training under a trainer who worked directly with SE founder Peter Levine. In between formal training she has participated in countless retreats, workshops and immersions as both practitioner and participant.
In five years Becc has facilitated five multi-day luxury retreats, an intimate three day transformational festival, five large scale full day masculine and feminine events and hundreds of smaller community events, working with thousands of people. Nothing is missed in the way she holds a space. Her containers are precise, deeply contained and carefully crafted, with every detail considered.
She is supported by an exceptional team spanning breathwork facilitation, multiple bodywork modalities, meditation, yin, social work, youth work and even a scientist.
She also lives what she teaches. As a solo mother of four and someone who has walked her own long road of healing, Becc brings both rigorous training and genuine embodiment to everything she facilitates.
Our team are some of the most skilled, warm and genuinely fun humans we know.
They are trauma informed practitioners, breathwork facilitators, bodywork therapists, movement guides, meditation teachers, social workers, youth workers and yes, one of them is a scientist.
They have also done enough of their own work to have arrived somewhere good. Somewhere real. Where the laughter comes easily, the love runs deep and the dysfunctions are welcomed right alongside the wisdom.
We call it embodied. Our friends call it unhinged. We think it's both. ๐
You will feel at home with these people within about ten minutes of arriving. That's a promise. ๐ค
Applications are reviewed personally by Becc. If your application is a good fit, she'll be in touch to arrange a conversation, no pressure, just an honest discussion about whether this is right for you.
